The Layout
Three-story layout with a full bedroom and bathroom on each level:
- Top floor: Master suite with a private deck, garden tub, and a loft that has 2 futon sofas that convert to full beds.
- Main floor: Fully equipped kitchen, open-concept living room with fireplace and smart TV and fireplace, bedroom with queen bed and direct deck access, full bathroom, a spacious deck featuring an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, dining table for eight, foosball and lounge seating overlooking the creek.
- Lower level: Cozy living space with kitchenette, second living room with smart tv, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom and direct access to the deck with the hot tub.
- Ground level deck: Entry to game room, ping pong table, corn hole, dining table for eight, access to waterside deck stairs.
- Waterside: Deck right on Mountaintown Creek, lounge chairs to relax to the sound of the rushing creek, adjacent bonfire pit circled by Adirondack chairs, creek-side hammock, fishing opportunity right off the deck or creek bank.
Please note: due to the multi-level design, there are several staircases throughout the property, including two flights up to the main floor.
